Today, we gonna talk about today Miss Rutuja Mahadik - the meaning of RUTU is seasons but in her life there is so much up and downs, just like her name but she always bounce back like all the seasons, along with her high energy with positive attitude.

Rutuja is just 28 years old and belongs from the city of Big Dreams i.e. Mumbai and having incredible experiences in her life. She was a banker with 7-8 Years experiences the girl who always performing best in her career with big achievements & success, and running with her goals with full passion, but sometimes our goal is not even better than What God has planned for you whether you like it or not. So, same things happened with her but this is not first time for her, it happened with her almost three times but she never get demotivated and never get down & she always bounce back.

First time, when Rutuja was in college, that time she wanted to pursue her studies as Company secretary along with post graduation but before result come she had a major accident and doctor told her to take rest for at least 6 months so she was not able to appear for the exam but she fight with that incident, survive, heal herself and then again she filled the form for that exam but Again God decided something different and unique for her so on the day before her exam, her father met with a major road accident and again she was not able to appear for the exam because it was very hard time for her or for any daughter in this world. Anyone can't even imagine the situation that she has been through and after 16 successful major operations her father get recovered. That time she faced so many financial issues along with her family so she finally take the decision to go out and start working just to support her family during this financial crisis. And she did it well, she took her first job without any second thoughts and she also performed extraordinary in her work.

In life, you always met with right person when your time is also right - so same thing happens with her - she got the opportunity to higher up her marketing skills and got opportunity to work and she did fabulous in her work. She took 2 promotions in 2 years along with fully sponsored international trips. She set a benchmark for others because she was doing extraordinary work in her position.

When you upgrade yourself, opportunities starts looking for you.

Then same things happened with her - with her expanded knowledge she got opportunity to go in Dubai, it’s just bingo for her. She was so much happy and excited to take this next chapter of her life and she took this in positive manner and yes went to abroad Dubai.

But again destiny always plan something big for you, which you can’t see now but after some time you will see and realize on that moment why this actually happens. So same happens with her mother, didn’t feel well and she wanted her to come back and she has to choose her mother being daughter and she did that. She left everything, her dreams, her desire, and everything for her family. We can’t find out the gems like her in today’s Kalyug right ??

After coming back from abroad, her mind again start thinking about different questions of her career what to do next? as she was good performer so that company again approaches her to work with same. Without any negative thought, that she needs to start again from scratch. When you have proper knowledge and learning attitude then you can bring your charm anytime despite of any situation and yes she did it the again. She again performed extraordinary and with her performance she got very big opportunity to work with highly reputed bank with very big positions which is a dream for anyone to have a own name plate- own PC or laptop, own small little cabin, own official drawer right ? Yes it was just like dream for her, which she was going be live in reality. She jumped to her next career with so much positive mindset, there also she showed her extraordinary work and earned a reputed name within a very less period of time. She achieved target and qualified for some contest as she also have that marketing skill within her and that skill always level up her career every time..!!

It’s just her dream that she was living but again destiny always has some bigger plans which is better than you think Right ?? So again knock knock to check her patience.

Again her mother was not well this time, her condition was so much bad that she was not able to walk properly so being a daughter she decided to pamper her mother for everything she did for her. I hope you all remember, when we were children our parents used to do everything for us so she believes same thing we have to do for our parents but when they needed, that time very few children can do this.

Again Rutuja had to choose between her family and her dream job and guess what again she choose her family. Only because she believes that family is everything and because of her parents, she is living her life and with their blessing she can definitely do magic in her life as she knows her strength very well.

And this is happened post pandemic, when everyone is shocked her family’s society and each one but she is looking at her just what is important now - and focus on that.

She started taking care of her mother & handle the household expenses along with saving whatever she had. But once it starts getting debited all the time, instead when she was having habit to credit the amount all the time in bank it was very hard time for her to handle herself and with all issues of society and she was so much strong that she started searching for something which can help her for work from home and then she come to know about the some digital platforms. First she tried some international marketing with just free stuff of YouTube but she couldn’t finish it because her lack in knowledge but then she explore more and started researching about the platform and then she find out to be so much time consuming and end up with just nothing in hand. Then she took help out of other people and hire somebody to do some work for her but in that also she end up with nothing.

After so long time she come to realize that without learning skills and investment on herself she can't fulfil her dreams and so she enrolled with some digital learning skills and grab all the knowledge took the certification and yes with all positive attitude.

Rutuja started enjoying her journey again because this is what she was missing. Once she just change her thought process with high motivation this is enough to change anyone's life but that also requires lot of courage to do it with lot of patience and consistency. She did this and prove it again that she can create her own world anytime in her life as she owns the right skill.

"Any person can take it everything from you and you can lost it but what is inside your mind & your body nobody can steal that from you" same things happen with her.

She started getting positive results not only this now she is a Official MOJ creator & got the Born on Instagram Title also again she rock it with her international marketing, also working so good and getting extraordinary results
